From the "Fire Station" roundabout in Rawtenstall, Take the "old" Bury Road (exit between Tesco and the bypass).

Holme Lane is about 3/4 mile along on the right hand side, just before the Whitchaff pub.

Turn right into Holme Lane, and follow the road over the level crossing, and over the bridge across the river.

After the bridge the road bends to the right then sharp left up the hill.

Keep following the road, and Holme Manor is the last building on the right hand side.

Our car park is just past the building (turn in to the right).

When you turn in you will see our conservatory and window boxes, and you will know that you have found us.
