HomeCare Services provide experienced carers who help or assist with

    Day Care

    A day care service is available at Holme Manor for half days, full days, and evenings up to 10pm, seven days per week. This includes meals during the day care period. Baths or showers may be taken if required, making use of our specially adapted facilities. A transport service is available to collect and return day care clients to and from their homes.

    Respite Care

    We are happy to offer respite care at Holme Manor (subject to availability) for planned holiday relief or for emergencies that may arise, or of course to give relatives a break.

    How to get Help

    Please telephone 01706 218953. On receipt of an enquiry an appointment will be made for a home visit, to advise and assess the client’s needs with the client and with their relatives (if appropriate). The initial visit is free of charge and places the client under no obligation to contract for our services.

    Should a client or their representative wish to take up our services, an initial care plan will be drawn up in agreement with them and involving other professionals as required, e.g. GP, social worker, etc. This care plan will form the basis of any contract.
